I'm a licensed professional counselor specializing in a variety of mental health services. As a father of three and husband to a wonderful wife for 16 years, I know firsthand the ebs and flows of life and how one moment can be a celebration while the next can seem like catastrophe waiting to happen. Our years are full of transistions, self-discovery, and big questions.
